RETURNS AND REFUNDS
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “thank you!”. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of satisfied UV POD customers. As such, we promise to do our best to deliver a fantastic product and customer experience and, rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know…
- You may cancel an order at any time before shipment.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Your product is covered by a limited, one-year warranty. If there is an issue with your device, please review the Warranty Policy and email us at email@example.com. The warranty is incorporated by reference into these Terms. To the extent that there is a conflict between the terms of the Product Warranty and these Terms, the terms of the Product Warranty will govern with respect to products purchased from UV POD.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UV POD is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, with original packaging, for a full refund. We’ll also pay the “standard” return shipping costs if the return results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Still, often the refunds are processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
