Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within two business days. During holidays or periods when the company is experiencing a high volume of orders, customers should expect potential delays. Customers are informed via e-mail and order tracking number, where the information on each order is updated.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

At this time, we regret to inform you that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and/or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure that your items are delivered in a timely manner. If you provide a P.O. Box or APO/FPO military address, the shipment of your item will be delayed.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Orders typically take up to 2 days to be processed before they are shipped out, including weekends and holidays. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your purchase with a tracking number when your order has been shipped out.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Getuvpod.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Getuvpod.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
