1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the UV POD website (getuvpod.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the service.

2. Products and Orders

UV POD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. We make every effort to display product colors and specifications accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will render colors exactly as they appear in person.

All prices are listed in USD on the US store and CAD on the Canadian store. UV POD reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Free standard shipping is available on US orders over $75 USD and Canadian orders over $75 CAD. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. UV POD is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Product Use and Safety

UV POD UV-C sterilizers are designed for sterilizing everyday objects inside a closed chamber. Do not look directly at UV-C LEDs or expose skin or eyes to UV-C light during operation. Keep out of reach of children unless under direct adult supervision. UV POD is not responsible for misuse of our products or use contrary to the provided instructions.

Our products are FDA registered and CE certified. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For medical or clinical sterilization, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of UV POD (Diversitoy Inc.) and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UV POD disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UV POD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to Terms

UV POD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
